Chasing Harvest Pinot Gris 2025 2024 A gorgeously versatile food wineThe 2025 Chasing Harvest Pinot Gris from Central Otago, NZ, is anticipated as a rich, textural, dry style white with complex fruit (apple, pear, apricot, citrus) and floral spicy notes, boasting a powerful palate with fresh acidity and a long finish, crafted with partial barrel fermentation for depth and often enjoyed with Asian dishes or rich pork. Expect elegance, concentration, and structure, typical of Central Otago's cool climate for this variety.
