Echolands Red Wine Rubrum Walla Walla Valley 2020 SGWS 400 cases importedA Bordeaux style blend where Cabernet Franc is in the majority? Count me in. A meaty roasted pork note makes a nice companion to the wine's boysenberry and ginger aromas. Rich blackcap raspberry and bittersweet dark chocolate flavors play off of herbal notes of earthy oregano and spicy tarragon. Firm tannins, with a slightly chalky texture.
