Prunus laur. 'Novita' (Pleached) Batch No:178931 mixed with shades of yellow'Novita' is a fairly new cherry laurel cultivar. It is similar in habit to the species but has been found to be far more resilient in cold weather. The evergreen leaves provide excellent screening in this pleached form. The flowers are fragrant, appearing in April then followed by black, glossy fruit. Tolerates shade well. NOTE: Entire plant is poisonous. H5
