Rested for around eight months in ex bourbon barrels, the palate is smooth and well balanced, combining sweet agave, light caramel, baking spice, and a touch of pepper. The finish is soft, fresh, and lingering, making it equally enjoyable neat, on the rocks, or in a premium Margarita or Paloma.
