9 7/8 tall and 2 7/8" deep when fully exposed

I think it has many good years left

and the brass looks very much to me like  melted down shell casings

The colors in images are fairly close to accurate

I find it really hard to pass by little carved wooden objects

Woman with Flowered Hat Hand-painted Spanish Postcard, 1913 leaf design 9 7/8 tall and 2I just love the image of this decked out woman, with huge hat like a rose garden, completely concealing her head, and reiterated with garland like trim on the back and cuffs of her jacket. My Spanish is, embarrassingly, close to non existent, but the front text seems perhaps to be suggesting shopping now and paying later though I am not totally sure?!? Sent to a Teresa Granell in Buena Vista, Valls (Catalonia, Spain) in May of 1913. Watercolor on
