I love it precisely for its decay

then you flip the whole thing over to use the other board

but it's got a really nice softness to the color

And then a little bump out for the polka dotted base across the front of which the talons wrap

It feels 100% mid century Danish to me (like a super painterly version of Inge Lise Koefoed's pieces
