There is a slight crack in the left wing of the Fenwick "Eagle" decal

The rod includes the original bag and a replacement tube

The only signs of use on this rod are a speck of rub wear on the butt cap and a little bright patch on the inside of the guides

The rod features an action on the faster side of medium-fast with plenty of power in the butt

Obviously the line guide is only utilized if the reel is used as RHW

The finish is a lovely deep bronze color which is hard anodized. Adjustable one way clutch disc drag system. As compared to the earlier spring and pawl drag, the disc drag has a much wider range of resistance and is capable of more resistance which is easily adjustable via a knurled knob on the face of the reel. The reel features brass gearing, no plastic parts.
