Circa 1930's judging by the check and hardware. All full length and with very delicate tips. The rod has been refinished and rebuilt with a new grip (1 2" corks) and a new reel seat utilizing the original hardware. I obviously did not see this rod in the original state but the signature wraps do not follow the usual 3 1 15 1 3 1
