Its architecture, perfectly preserved, tells us about the years of Antioquian colonization. Its park is that of a traditional coffee town, with colorful balconies and an imposing temple. The coffee is grown between 1800 and 2100 meters above sea level (5900 6890 ft). The high elevation produces prized acidity and sweetness in the coffee. It also naturally protects against
