I might be inclined to guess Western Mexico

With goddess-like blonde winged angel at left

There is a chip to the surface of the wood at the end of his nose on one side and to the tip of his hat on one side

and terrific treatment of those white sheets and pillow

Green Hills, Golden Valley, Lush and Radiant 20th Century Watercolor Landscape, Unsigned ritual cards and presumed BritishI found both this and a second, smaller watercolor landscape also listed today at a favorite shop in Vermont unsigned, but clearly both done by an artist who knew what they were doing (I believe the same artist for both), mid later 20th century. And this landscape feels especially luminous. Confident, transportive, fully resolved, to my eye really a lovely thing. 13 5 8" x 9 3 4", very good condition, watercolor on good weight drawing watercolor paper.
