The reverse side reveals that this Ruby Rub Oil Metal Polish was manufactured by Hinds and Coon of Boston
but from what I've learned he was a self-taught artist of Southern New Jersey and later Fogelsville
made especially good by the round cutout on each side of the box

Lovely Vintage Mexican Drip Ware Folk Pottery Bowl hand-painted clay pipe 28 pages of "animal analogues"This is my favorite style of utilitarian Mexican folk pottery, "dripware," from Oaxaca I believe, c. mid 20th century, wheel thrown, hand painted. I find a bowl like this every once in a while, and will continue to scoop them up whenever I do, joyful and great on the table or counter or anywhere. 6 1 2" d x 2" t.
