That said, Lugias consistency remains an issue as Quick Ball and Evolution Incense leave the format, requiring the deck to use less reliable methods of finding its Pokmon, such as Capturing Aroma
This would make it almost impossible for the young duelist to acquire the cards needed for his famous combos
