The built in evasion is very nice, with an almost guaranteed hit against just about any player unless they are playing Shorikai Genesis Engine, Greasefang Okiba Boss or on the rare occasion King Macar the Gold-Crused

Is it because theyre super special, vanishingly rare, almost legendary in their scarcity

You have more control over when it happens with the Conductor, but keep in mind the Peacemaker doesnt care who the crime is committed against, so youre going to be able to get multiple Proliferate triggers during most turn cycles

Its difficult to deal with since it cant be countered and players need to use removal spells with green to get rid of it

If youre putting a single counter on Kami of Whispered Hopes and control it and Pir, Imaginative Rascal, then it doesnt matter which order you apply their replacement effects
