Description

The PokTimes Twitter account recently revealed artwork by Shimaris Yukichi detailing the charming backstory behind this card (along with Murkrow and Kangaskhan from the set)

You can obtain the Koga (2-Diamonds rarity) card by opening Genetic Apex: Mewtwo from Genetic Apex set

This destroys a creature or planeswalker and you lose two life, also for three mana

It's notorious for a few reasons, and unsurprisingly, it's the usual story of scalpers ruining it for Pokmon trainers and collectors, causing chaos to the point that the museum stopped giving out the card
