Say an effect puts a creature I control (that isn't part of my library) on top of my library

On the creature side, Sakura-Tribe Elder , Springbloom Druid , Azusa, Lost but Seeking , and Kodama of the West Tree all help get land out of your deck and/or hand and to put into play, while cards like Elvish Mystic and Kami of Whispered Hopes provide a direct injection of mana

As soon as you cast it, you gain protection from everything for a turn, allowing you to have a little breathing room while your opponent is prevented from doing any damage to you

Being able to easily create token copies without ever needing to cast your commander is an extremely strong effect, allowing you to save your mana for other cards
