Magic: The Gathering: Final Fantasy Commander Decks Review As part of my review for Magic: The Gathering s new Final Fantasy set, I was handling the Limit Break Commander Deck headlined by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER
It depends on several different variables
If Chronomaly Tuspa Rocket is Normal or Special Summoned, the controller can send a Chronomaly monster from their Deck or Extra Deck to the Graveyard to cause a face-up monster on the field to lose ATK equal to the Level or Rank of the sent monster x 200
While the set did introduce these important new mechanics, the actual execution on them was definitely lacking
It opened to scattered low-$200s sales, drifted to about $189 over two weeks, and the once-huge ask-versus-sale spread collapsed as supply found the market
