Dogged and Dynamic (Amber/Emerald) Dogged and Dynamic contains a ton of valuable cards and while it doesnt feel as strong as it should, it can easily be upgraded to a competitive level
As long as you have spells to cast you can keep going off, making mana and drawing cards, until you cast a huge portion of your deck
Every game you play will feel like you're playing with a different deck, until you learn to recognize the nuances and most reliable strategies
Sincerely, Steve Warner It didn't come as much of a surprise to the Lorcana Community that these two cards were banned after seeing the top tournaments dominated by Sapphire and Steel decks
Especially in cases where cards are rated similarly elsewhere, this factor will favor the card thats doing something a bit more off the beaten path
