Notice the hand stitching throughout the skirts fabric. It must have taken the sewist hours to complete. Shes a beauty. Colors include black, shades of blue, green, pink, yellow, red, and orange. The Adelaar Blouse Company was founded in Chicago in 1934 by brothers Emil, Maurice, and Bernard Adelaar. The company re located to New York in 1945. They also made skirts, dresses, and other separates. Measurements: Elastic
