50's Black Flowerpot Style Hat with Ivory Lace retro style souvenir Embroidered frontBody is a black faille in the flowerpot shape with a flaring brim. Sides are covered in an ivory lace with 2 small side rhinestone ball buttons. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 20 1 2 inches.
