The entire crown is a circular weave of sheer crinoline with wired sides of a more solid crin fabric. A black velvet wired ribbon is woven through the crown and drop down the left side. The only label is a size tag of 22 1 2. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 12 inches.
