This single malt whiskey from an unnamed distillery on the island is dedicated to them. The Ileach Peated Islay Malt matured in oak casks for an indefinite period. Bottled at 40 vol. % alcohol. Aroma: Maritime freshness, herbal notes, sweet and spicy peat smoke. Taste: Herbal sweets, maritime peat smoke with some oak, spices and iodine.
