Use it on concrete and mortared floors to clean and key the surface prior to painting. It removes lattices and salts, as well as oils and grease. This product also providing a key to the surface to improve adhesion. Use on exceptionally smooth surface such as power floated floors. Dilute 3 times with clean water.
