The body is rich and the finish is long, with notes of apricots, honey, and spice. The sweetness comes from being a bug bitten tea. In the summer, tiny leafhoppers are allowed to bite the leaves, triggering a healing process on the leaf that sweetens the flavor. The overall taste of this tea is fruity and sweet with a heavenly aroma. A great introduction to tea for non tea drinkers due
