OG 1040 to 1044. Brewing Volume 23 litres. ABV approx (% vol.) 4. 6%. Colour bright amber. Hop Key Ingredient: Medium Hop Malt Low. The Connoisseurs beer kits require 1. 5kg Dry Malt Extract or 1kg of sugar can also be used for a lighter bodied beer.
