Its leaves are extraordinarily long, narrow, and pendant, hanging vertically from the plant like green ribbons. In ideal conditions, they can reach well over a metre in length, creating a cascading curtain of foliage that looks as dramatic mounted on a wall as it does in a hanging planter. It also produces clusters of vivid red berries along a drooping spadix, adding further
