Our cheese boards are creatively fashioned, by Barbara Fitch an Appalachian Artisan with an eye for sophistication. Mr. Ashmore crafts each board from four specially selected types of wood straight from the hills of Appalachia: ash, cherry, walnut, and poplar. NOTE: Each cheese board is hand made and unique.
