The nose has notes of black fruits with spices and ink overtones. On the palate, tannins are at the same time, powerful and velvety. Smoky and pepper overtones express wonderfully the Syrah variety on granitic soil. About the winery: Michel is a seventh generation Chapoutier winemaker at Tain L'Hermitage, having acquired the family estate in
