Grown at high altitude, in fertile soil to help develop a complex flavour, Limu coffee is medium bodied with good acidity. Ethiopia has six main growing regions Jima, Sidama, Harrar, Yirgacheffe, Limu and Ghimbi Lekempti. Mostly located in the countrys mountainous south,
